MAS contractors are required to report contract sales monthly under the Transactional Data Reporting (TDR) program and quarterly under the traditional Schedule program. Contractors under the TDR program have the option to pay any associated Industrial Funding Fee (IFF) on a monthly basis, but all contractors are required to pay any associated IFF on a quarterly basis. Contract sales must be identified and separated from non-contract sales, both government and non-government.
