GSA Advantage is an online shopping and ordering system that provides access to thousands of contractors and millions of supplies (products) and services. Anyone may browse on GSA Advantage to view and compare the variety of products and services offered.

To assist in determining what data/information must be included in your electronic catalog for GSA Advantage, please use the Schedules SIN-MOL-Photo-UPC.

In addition to an FSS Terms & Conditions (T&C) file, GSA contractors are required to submit an “electronic catalog” to GSA Advantage so that your awarded offerings are available on our GSA Advantage e-commerce platform and you are visible to buyers in GSA eBuy. Your electronic catalog may only contain products, services, and solutions that are awarded to your contract. 

In accordance with clause I-FSS-600, an FSS Terms and Conditions (T&C) + Price List is mandatory for every contract, and must be kept up-to-date.

GSA Advantage Archive Sales provides a quick look at the total sales, the number of orders, and the number of items being ordered for contractors on GSA Advantage.

FAS’s Acquisition Oversight Division has developed the Schedule Sales Query Plus (SSQ+) Dashboard. The dashboard is designed to provide you with the figures you want and need. SSQ+ is a tool that depicts sales in both report and dashboard format. This tool replaces the SSQ and offers searchable and filterable information all the way from FY1991 to present, including sales dollars for TDR contracts.
