In addition to your FSS Terms and Conditions Price List, GSA contractors are required to submit an “electronic catalog” to GSA Advantage so that your awarded offerings are available on our GSA Advantage e-commerce platform and you are visible to buyers in GSA eBuy. Your electronic catalog may only contain products, services, and solutions that are on your authorized FSS Price List.
When contracts are awarded, GSA provides a “Contractor Start-up kit” that contains detailed instructions on how to get your electronic catalog on GSA Advantage. The contract clauses listed below discuss the electronic catalog and what you must do. You may view these clauses through your contract file. Please contact your PCO if you have any questions.
