What do I need to include in my electronic catalog for GSA Advantage? (FAS Catalog Platform (FCP) Contracts)

To assist in determining what data/information must be included in your electronic catalog for GSA Advantage, please use the Schedules SIN-MOL-Photo-UPC. This table will indicate which type of file you must use to load your offerings, as well as Maximum Order Limit, whether a UPC is required, and whether a Photo is required.  See catalog.gsa.gov/help for additional resources.

Products/Services that are Orderable on GSA Advantage
If a Special Item Number (SIN) requires the submission of detailed catalog lines that are orderable on GSA Advantage, you are required to submit the following information via FCP:

  1. A Product File containing all of the approved products/services on your contract.
  2. A Terms and Conditions (T&C) file (as dictated by clause I-FSS-600) that includes your contract terms and conditions (view template).

Products/Services that are Not Orderable on GSA Advantage
If a Special Item Number (SIN) is not orderable on GSA Advantage, you are required to submit the following information via FCP:

  1. A Services Plus File containing all of the approved products/services on your contract.
  2. A T&C file (as dictated by clause I-FSS-600) that includes your contract terms and conditions (view template) and and all approved pricing from the Services Plus File.
    1. Vendors that use the SIN Specific PPTs and do not publish pricing via a Services Plus File should include a Price List in the T&C.

Note:

  • All offerings published via the Product File or Services Plus File are prohibited from being published to the T&C file posted on GSA eLibrary.

FCP contracts should consult catalog.gsa.gov/help for a “Mapping Catalog Actions to eMod Types” guide, as well as Product Catalog User Guide and Services Catalog User Guide for additional information about submitting actions such as:

  1. Addition of new offerings
  2. Changes to existing offerings (pricing updates, descriptive changes)
  3. Deletions of existing offerings
  4. Temporary Price Reductions for existing Product offerings
  5. Photo files for Product offerings
