What do I need to include in my electronic catalog for GSA Advantage?

To assist in determining what data/information must be included in your electronic catalog for GSA Advantage, please use the Schedules SIN-MOL-Photo-UPC table to identify if your awarded SINs require you to submit orderable products/services to GSA Advantage.  
 
E-commerce orderable products/services 
If a Special Item Number (SIN) requires the submission of orderable products/services to the GSA Advantage e-commerce platform, you are required to submit the following information via SIP (see User Guide) or EDI: 
 

  1. An electronic catalog containing all of the approved commodity items on your contract.
  2. A Terms and Conditions Price List (as dictated by clause I-FSS-600) that includes your contract terms and conditions (View template).

Non-orderable services/solutions 
If a Special Item Number (SIN) is not applicable to ordering through the GSA Advantage e-commerce platform, you are required to submit the following information via SIP (see User Guide) or EDI:

  1. A Terms and Conditions Price List (as dictated by clause I-FSS-600) that includes your contract terms and conditions, any labor categories, and all approved pricing.  Note - if your contract SINs only provide services/solutions, this terms and conditions price list is your electronic catalog (View template).

Note: 

  • All Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) and commercial type products are prohibited from being duplicated and published to the text file posted on GSA eLibrary.
  • All Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) and commercial type products should be published for sale on GSA Advantage OR  to the text file posted on GSA Advantage!
