What do I need to include in my electronic catalog for GSA Advantage? (SIP/EDI Contracts)

To assist in determining what data/information must be included in your electronic catalog for GSA Advantage, please use the Schedules SIN-MOL-Photo-UPC. This table  will indicate which type of file you must use to load your offerings, as well as Maximum Order Limit, whether a UPC is required, and whether a Photo is required. .

Products/Services that are Orderable on GSA Advantage
If a Special Item Number (SIN) requires the submission of orderable products/services to the GSA Advantage e-commerce platform, you are required to submit the following information via SIP (see User Guide) or EDI:  

  1. An electronic catalog containing all of the approved commodity items on your contract.
  2. Terms and Conditions Price List (as dictated by clause I-FSS-600) that includes your contract terms and conditions (View template).

Products/Services that are Not Orderable on GSA Advantage
If a product/service/solutionis not applicable to ordering through the GSA Advantage e-commerce platform, you are required to submit the following information via SIP (see User Guide) or EDI:

  1. A Terms and Conditions File (including Price List) that includes your contract terms and conditions, any labor categories, and all approved pricing.  Note - for contracts that only contain not-orderable services and solutions, then this terms and conditions price list is considered your electronic catalog (View template).

Note: 

All products, or commercial services, published for sale on GSA Advantage! Must not be duplicated on the T&C file price list. The T&C price list should only include offerings not orderable on Advantage.
