Use Your FAS ID to Log Into eBuy Open
Changes are coming to the way you access eBuy Open! As you may have heard, MAX.gov is being decommissioned at the end of the calendar year. Starting Dec. 13, 2024, you will need your FAS ID to log into eBuy Open. Be on the lookout for further information via email.
Unawarded SINs error message
Catalog transactions containing SINs not awarded to contract will receive the following error message: "Special Item Number [SIN] is Unauthorized for Contract". Visit the Catalog Management Interact page for more details.
The FAS Catalog Platform (FCP) pilot
The FCP pilot is live with MAS contractors holding the Office Supplies 4th Generation (OS4) SIN. Pilot contractors looking for assistance should visit the FCP Help Resources page or contact the VSC. MAS contractors looking for more information on the FCP should visit the Catalog Management Interact Page.
Attention MAS Contractors
Please note! To register a contract with the Vendor Support Center, you must first be an Authorized Negotiator. If you are not listed on the contract as an Authorized Negotiator or Authorized Negotiator to Sign, an administrative modification must be submitted to update the contract.

Use Your Unique Entity ID (SAM)
As of April 4, 2022, the government is no longer using the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number as the authoritative Unique Entity Identifier and has transitioned to the new Unique Entity ID (SAM) generated at SAM.gov.
