All MAS contractors report their sales into the FAS SRP. Those contractors under TDR do not have to maintain the Basis of Award relationship on their contract. All other traditional MAS contractors (not under TDR) have to maintain the Basis of Award relationship. Check to see which version of clause 552.238-81 is included in your contract to better understand what’s required.
If you have clause 552.238-81 (as opposed to 552.238 Alternate 1), you must maintain the relationship between your GSA pricing and basis of award (BOA) customer pricing.
