The Trade Agreements Act is the enabling statute that implements numerous multilateral and bilateral international trade agreements and other trade initiatives.  The Trade Agreements Act applies to all GSA Schedules.  In accordance with the TAA, only U.S.-made or designated country end products shall be offered and sold under Schedule contracts.  GSA Schedule contractors can provide products that meet the following criteria:

Is wholly the growth, product, or manufacturer of a Free Trade Agreement (FTA) country or in the case of an article that consists in whole or in part of materials from another country, has been substantially transformed in an FTA country into a new and different article of commerce with a name, character, or use distinct from that of the article or articles from which it was transformed.  The Trade Agreements Act clause is periodically updated.  Please review your contract to find the most current TAA clause referenced in your contract.
