Registering your Contract on the VSC

You are required to register your contract(s) with the GSA Vendor Support Center (VSC). All contracts must register before they can participate in GSA eBuy. 

To register your contract, you will need the following information:

  1. Contract Number
  2. SAM UEI 
  3. Be an Authorized Negotiator on the contract (Not applicable to VA FSS)  

If you register with the wrong SAM UEI, please call the Vendor Support Center at 877-495-4849.

All GSA contracts except MAS: Once registered, sign into GSA eBuy using your existing FAS ID credentials.

MAS & VA FSS contracts: an electronic catalog must also be loaded to GSA Advantage! before you can log into eBuy.

  • MAS contracts:  After registering your contract, you will receive a welcome email from the FAS Catalog Platform (FCP) with guidance about loading your catalog. 
    • To register a MAS contract, you must be an Authorized Negotiator. If you are not already an Authorized Negotiator, an administrative modification must be submitted in eMod to update the contract.
  • VA FSS contracts: After registering, you may opt to use the Schedule Input Program (SIP) or Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) standard 832 to load your electronic catalog. VA contracts will move to the FCP at a future time. 

After registering your contract and loading your catalog, you can sign into GSA eBuy using your existing FAS ID credentials.
