Registering your Contract on the VSC

You are required to register your contract(s) with the GSA Vendor Support Center (VSC).  Registering your contract will allow you to participate in GSA eBuy, and provide the ability for you to upload your FSS Terms and Conditions Price List and electronic catalog to GSA Advantage using the Schedule Input Program (SIP) or Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) - applicable only for MAS contracts.
 

Important information for Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contracts.

  • Before you can register your contract you must be an Authorized Negotiator on the contract. If you are not already an Authorized Negotiator, an administrative modification must be submitted to update the contract.
    • Note:  This requirement only applies to MAS contracts and does not impact VA contracts.
  • In order to participate in eBuy you must: 1) register your contract with the GSA Vendor Support Center; and 2) post your MAS catalog on GSA Advantage!.
  • If you already have your MAS catalog on GSA Advantage, you may simply go to GSA eBuy and gain access using the Contractor Login.

Registering your contract will allow you to upload your catalog file to GSA Advantage! using SIP or EDI. You will need to have a few pieces of information when registering:

  1. Contract Number
  2. SAM UEI 
  3. Be an Authorized Negotiator on the contract (not applicable to VA contracts)
