Notice: As of October 2025, all new GSA contractors should use the FAS Catalog Platform (FCP) to establish their electronic catalog on GSA Advantage. The below guidance is only for new VA contractors and existing GSA contractors already using SIP.
The Schedule Input Program (SIP) is a GSA proprietary software program provided to contract holders to assist with uploading their electronic catalog onto GSA Advantage.
