In accordance with clause I-FSS-600, an FSS Terms and Conditions (T&C) + Price List is mandatory for every contract, and must be kept up-to-date. As GSA transitions vendors to the FAS Catalog Platform (FCP), the Price List requirement will now be fulfilled automatically when vendors submit and publish through a Product File or Services Plus File.
For vendors using FCP: If your Product File or Services Plus File has been approved and published, your T&C file should only include contractual terms and conditions and all pricing should be removed.
- Do not include pricing information in the T&C file. The pricing published through FCP to GSA Advantage is considered the official, contractually accurate pricing.
- If you are an FCP vendor using PPTs for an approved business reason such as the SIN-specific price proposal templates, please continue to maintain a T&C with Price List to make pricing available to customers on GSA Advantage.
For vendors not yet transitioned to FCP: Continue to include a Price List in the T&C document for any offerings not published to GSA Advantage to remain compliant with I-FSS-600.
