Contract Continuity-Streamlined Offer
When a successful MAS contractor approaches the end of their 20-year contract period, they may wish to continue doing business through the MAS program. With this in mind, GSA has developed a contract continuity initiative and streamlined offer process for existing MAS contractors. This section addresses how an existing MAS contract holder may submit an offer for a new contract ensuring continuous contract coverage.
