Step #2 Analyze

This step is divided into three tasks.

Task #1: Determine if there is a market for your product or service, how big is it and who is buying what you sell.

Task #2: Determine if your pricing is competitive, what your competitors are offering and which Government customers are procuring similar products and services.

Task #3: Identify bid opportunities and review Government agencies long term procurement forecasts.
