Password Reset Required

Instructions: GSA has implemented two-factor authentication as a simple and effective way of protecting your information and making if more secure. In order to begin using two-factor authentication, GSA requires that all GSA/VA contractors reset their Vendor Support Center (VSC) password.

Here's how to change your VSC password:

  1. Login as usualEnter your Contract Number and Password.
  2. One-Time Security Code email sentAn email has already been sent to your VSC email address containing your security code.
  3. Enter a one-time security codeEnter the security code, in the space provided . Please note that this code will expire 30 minutes after being sent by GSA.
  4. Reset your passwordAfter successfully submitting the code, you will be prompted to reset your password according to GSA Policies.
