This upgrade contains a number of needed changes for the SIP program. In order to initate the upgrade, we suggest you launch the SIP program, then close the application, the upgrade should start automatically thereafter. Please allow the installation process the sufficient time it requires to finish. When the upgrade is complete, you will be prompted.

The latest version of SIP 7.3 (September 2009) includes the following enhancements:

New "Verify Catalog" option under the "Tools" tab will allow vendor to respond to a suspend catalog email notification. If vendor uses this option, they are certifying that their catalog on Advantage is current. SIP will send a .v70 file.

SIP 7.3 will automatically delete the old SIP Order Status Tool software if loaded on the vendor’s PC. Includes both the version that was packaged with SIP and the stand-alone.

“Check for SIP Upgrade” has been moved from Communications to Help tab.

BPAs (ibpa file) is now included if vendor uses File|Export. Note: older version of SIP did this but file was empty.

BPA Export function added to BPA Pricing screen. Alows vendor to export BPA pricing for re-importing.

BPA delete option will appear if vendor has BPA pricing for an old expired BPA.

Screen modifications to order address entry which ensures we have order address email (needed for PO Portal).
