Contract Price list
Your price list can be a valuable tool, if you understand how it’s used.
Contract Price list
Authorized Price Lists are NOT simply your list of prices! Your price list should be used to communicate your products, services, and terms and conditions to potential GSA contract customers. GSA contract customers will use your price list to compare your products/services and terms and conditions with that of other contractors when making purchase decisions.
The price list requirement and format are mandated within every contract with clause I-FSS-600, Contract Price Lists. This clause requires that you maintain an accurate contract price list throughout the life of your contract. The contractual format is specific, and likely very different from your commercial price list, but is standardized within each schedule to aid government customers when making procurement decisions. As with any contract clause, yours may have been tailored for your specific acquisition center and/or contract. Read your contract to find the correct price list format you should follow.
